LEMONGRASS ESSENTIAL OIL (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
Lemongrass is a fast growing, tall, aromatic perennial grass that grows up to 1.5 meters in height. It is native to Asia, but is now cultivated mostly in the West Indies, Africa, and Tropical Asia. Lemongrass essential oil's uplifting scent neutralizes odour, refreshes the skin, and even helps keep bugs away. It supports healthy digestion, soothes aching muscles, tones skin and is cleansing.
ESSENTIAL INFO:
- Diffuse 5-10 drops to assist in repelling those unwanted insects or diffuse to giver yourself an energy boost.
- Use in a massage oil to help relax muscles.
- Add 2-4 drops to your dryer sheets or wool dryer balls, then toss into the dryer to give clothes a fresh and clean scent.

Kids Safety: Safe to use topically with children 2 years of age and older. Dilute to a .5-2% dilution rate for topical application.
- Practice safe diffusing: - Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area, keep children out of the direct line of mist.
- Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
