Shipping, Local Delivery & Return Policies

Local Delivery

Do you live in Greater Saint John and surrounding areas? We’re happy to offer FREE local delivery straight to your door when you spend a minimum of $15 before taxes!

Delivery Details:

  • Delivery Days: Twice a week, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays)
  • Areas Covered: A 20km radius from Saint John - Rothesay, Quispamsis,  Hampton, Grand Bay-Westfield, etc.
  • Contact Information: Please provide your text number at checkout. This allows us to keep you updated on our delivery route and timing.

Canada & USA Shipping

Shipping Information

We ship orders every Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), and we strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 48 hours.

You will receive email or SMS notifications with your order confirmation, shipping details, and a tracking link once your parcel is on the way.

Shipping During Canada Post Strikes

Effective November 15, 2024: Due to the CUPW strike, all parcels will be shipped via UPS until further notice.

Shipping Rates

1. Canada & USA Shipping:

  • FREE Expedited Shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
    • Delivery: 2-10 business days.
  • Orders under $75: Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post or UPS at checkout.
    • Delivery: 2-8 business days.

2. Maritime Provinces (NB, PEI & NS):

  • FREE Expedited Shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
    • Delivery: 1-4 business days.
  • Standard Shipping on orders under $75: $6.50.
    • Delivery: 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited & XpressPost: Rates are calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery: 1-4 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your postal/zip code.

Expedited Order Processing

If the items are in stock, we promise to ship your order within 2-3 business days via Canada Post Expedited Services or UPS.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you need faster shipping, please contact us at littleurbanapothecary@gmail.com to explore other options and rates.

International Orders: Customs Information

For buyers outside Canada:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Check with your country’s customs office to understand potential additional costs before purchasing.
  • Note: We do not mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue shipments. This is against Canadian, US, and international regulations.
