LOCAL DELIVERY:

We are happy to deliver your order to you if you are within the greater Saint John city boundaries and within a 25 km radius of our location. We deliver once a week generally Thursday afternoon or Friday mornings.  Delivery is a flat rate $8

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable.

CANADA SHIPPING RATES:

  • We offer discounted shipping rates within Canada. At checkout please choose your preferred delivery method and Canada Post will calculate your shipping fee's for the following:
  • Expedited, Express or Priority - Canada Post

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Canada Post holiday shipping deadlines are subject to change. As the holidays approach, visit Canada Post to view up-do-date deadlines.

USA SHIPPING RATES:

  • Shipping rates will be calculated by Canada Post to the US based on shipping weight of products being purchased. Please choose your delivery method at checkout.

 Customs & Duties Information for International Buyers:

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Canadian & US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase received from Little Urban Apothecary and offer a 7-day return/exchange policy provided the item is unused and unopened.

To return or exchange merchandise, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return:

Please note we do not pay the shipping for returned items or do we refund shipping charges on the cost of the unused product. Thank you.

DAMAGED GOODS 

Please inspect your package upon receipt, and let us know right away if there are any discrepancies or damaged items. We take every precaution to protect your merchandise in shipment, but damage can occur during shipping. Please email us at littleurbanapothecary@gmail.com with pictures of your damaged items so that we can start processing your claim as soon as possible. Please save as much of the original box and packing material as you can in the event the shipper requires more information to process our claim.

BACK ORDERS

On the rare occasion it may happen that one of your ordered items is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you with the backordered item information. If you have any questions about the status of your backorder, please email littleurbanapothecary@gmail.com
