  1. Diffuse Lavender or Frankincense Essential Oils - try diffusing 5-8 drops to encourage calm and a good nights sleep.

  2. Meditating or Deep Breathing Exercises - be in one with your breath - take 20 minutes before bedtime to meditate in a comfort quiet place while inhaling and exhaling, deep breaths, and release, let the worries of the day leave your mind- Frankincense Essential Oil is a lovely oil to diffuse for mediating - just 4-6 drops will do the trick, alternatively rub a drop of oil on your forehead and close to your heart. 

  3. Showering before bed with our Lavender Everyday Shower Wash and the heat from the water is a great way to encourage relaxation.

  6. Gentle, slow music is another remedy that can help to improve sleep. Music therapy has been found to improve sleep quality, decrease nightly awakenings, lengthen sleep time, and increase satisfaction with sleep.
